So the whole plot of the series kinda fell a little short.
It also came out during the Nolan time which also brought good Batman animation movies like Under the red hood. I am a huge marvel fan, but there is 2 people in the DC universe I love and that is Batman and Aquaman.(plus a bunch of villians) The animated Batman has had so many better versions.

Sure the graphics can be nice, but without proper gameplay and story then what's the points? That's exactly how I feel about Brave and the Bold, it had good animation, a subpar style, and downright horrid writing, in no way does that make a good TV show imo.Totally agree. Most of the time it just didn't feel like Batman at all, and I'm not talking about the goofy things since it originated back in the Adam West days, I'm talking about the over-the-top villains and locations of the show.Ī TV series can be compared to a video game in some respects. The art-style was so, so, some characters look fine, but it's unforgivable what they did to the Joker's face. Summary: In this new animated series, Batman travels to the past and future, journeys beneath the sea and into outer space, and teams up with fellow heroes such as Blue Beetle, Green Arrow, Plastic Man, Aquaman, Red Tornado, Wildcat, and many more, in this series inspired by the classic DC comic The Brave and the Bold. It didn't have many compelling characters either.
Not to mention bringing Batman to space and other planets, jeez.
Plot-wise it just didn't feel like Batman, most of the time some kind of random sidekick would even take the spotlight.
